In the Trays, the ads are grouped according to the state they are in , when you click on them, they are displayed in the central panel (center of the screen).

The different service trays are:

Next to each of the trays appears the number of ads that the user has not yet accessed . In this case, the title of these ads also appears in bold in the center panel.

All ads in all states and, by default, sorted by start of exposure .

drafts
  • Ads created by users with the Editor role saved waiting to be edited and sent for validation
  • Ads that have been sent for validation but have not received approval and have been returned by a user with the Publisher role.
  • Announcements that have entered Draft status from the inter-administrative transmission of the EACAT.
  • Ads published or withdrawn that have been copied by an Editor in order to take advantage of their content

Advertisements submitted by a Publisher to be validated by a Publisher.

Ads that have been approved by a publisher for publication and are pending publication when they are due, according to the scheduled dates. If the publication start date is today, the ad remains in scheduled status for a short period of time and then its publication is immediate.

published

Advertisements that appear published on the service's citizen portal and are therefore searchable via the Internet.

retired

Advertisements the public exposure period on the citizen portal has ended, either because the scheduled publication period has already ended or because they were removed before their end by a user with the Remove role.

My

Advertisements that have been managed by the user who is using the service , while understanding to manage any saved modification, action taken or change of status applied by a user to a certain advertisement.

  • From this mailbox, the user can choose to receive email alerts whenever the ads they have managed change status or are modified.
  • The email address where these notices are sent to you is the contact address in your user profile at EACAT. If you want to receive these notices to another address, you must change to the mentioned profile of the EACAT. It can be accessed from e-TAULER by clicking on edit and modifying it if so desired (the changes will take effect when you exit the open session at EACAT and re-enter).
  • In case the user's email address has been included by an administrator in the service settings, the user does not receive duplicate warnings if this option is chosen.
