When the electronic seal certificate that we have installed on the machines of the AOC Consortium expires for the use of some services that require it (eg: e-TAULER, e-NOTUM, Representa, Via Oberta- AEAT...), you only have to request the renewal through EACAT following the steps in the following FAQ: How to request an Electronic Seal of the AOC?

All you have to do is apply for the renewal of the Intermediate Level Electronic Seal issued exclusively by the AOC services and the AOC Consortium will upload the new certificate to all the services where the previous one was uploaded.

Note: In the case of Via Oberta AEAT, the registration form must be sent again with the certificate data, while following the FAQ: How to renew an Electronic Seal certificate to use the AEAT services of Via Oberta .

IMPORTANT:

In the case of E-tauler if you notice that once renewed it does not synchronize you (and therefore you cannot proceed to publish or withdraw edicts), notify AOC support and they will perform a new synchronization, and you can immediately proceed to publish and withdraw edicts without problems.
