The Submission of Edicts is enabled for the following types of entities affiliated to the EACAT:
- The Town Councils (with the exception of Barcelona City Council).
- The County Councils.
- The Provincial Councils.
- The Generalitat de Catalunya: Departments and other dependent entities registered in e-TAULER.
- Entities that, despite not belonging to the three typologies described, have obtained their registration on the e-BOARD and / or will obtain it in the future.
All EACAT users registered with any of the entities belonging to the types detailed above will be able to use the sending of edicts. They do not need to be authorized by the manager of their body at EACAT, but they must always and in each case sign the submission with their digital certificate (T-CAT).
The Submission of Edicts will allow these users to send advertisements to any of the entities belonging to the indicated types, which will have to manage their publication in different ways, depending on the following assumptions:
- If you are a member of the AOC Consortium's electronic board ( e-BOARD ) you must:
- Validate and publish the ad that arrives in draft status on the e-BOARD .
- When the ad is withdrawn, the due diligence is automatically sent back to the issuing entity.
- If we are users of an electronic board other than the e-BOARD they must:
- Download the announcement that arrives in electronic format through EACAT .
- Publish it in electronic format on your own electronic board.
- Once withdrawn, make a reply using the form provided to EACAT for this purpose, sign it and send it.
- If they do not have an electronic bulletin board, but a physical bulletin board in which the ads are displayed on paper, they must:
- Download the announcement that arrives in electronic format through EACAT .
- Print it.
- Publish it on paper to your physical dashboard.
- Once the notice has been withdrawn, make a reply using the form provided to EACAT for this purpose, sign it and send it.
The following document explains the new functionalities that the AOC Consortium makes available to users of this submission so that they can carry out the tasks mentioned above: http://web.aoc.cat/suport/knowledge -base / guide-to-send-inter-administrative-submissions /
