At the top of the ad editing form we will find the button bar (see image). These buttons make it possible to carry out actions that will always depend on the state in which the ads are found and the permissions that the users of the e-TAULER have. In other words, depending on these variables, one or other buttons will appear.
- publish
Users with the Publisher role are the only ones who can see and use the Publish button
Once the rest of the mandatory fields in the form have been filled in, by clicking on them the ad is sent directly to be published, thus directly giving approval and, therefore, without having to remain in this state in the waiting for your validation.
If the publication start date is today, the ad remains in scheduled status for a short period of time and then its publication is immediate. If, on the other hand, it has been scheduled to be published at a later date, it remains in Scheduled status until due. - by the way
Users with the Editor role can see and use the OK button.
Once the rest of the mandatory fields in the form have been filled in, clicking on them sends the ad to the mailbox and status Per visitplaus where it remains waiting for a user with the role of Publisher to validate it or, in otherwise, return it to the Draft state. - save
Users with the Editor role can see and use the Save button.
At any time during the process of editing an ad, the user with the role of Editor can save the contents of the form in order to keep them. Once saved, if the form is closed, it is stored in the Draft mailbox and the user can resume editing at any time. - Return to draft
If the ad is in the By approval or Scheduled state, it can be returned to the Draft state by any user who has the Publisher role, so that it can be modified, amended or corrected by an Editor . When the start date of publication is today, the ad remains in Scheduled status for a short time and, after that, its publication is immediate, so it is not possible to return it to Draft . If, despite everything, an attempt is made to return to Draft an ad scheduled for today, during the waiting period while it is in the Scheduled state, a message is received informing us that the ad has been managed.
Clicking on it shows the optional possibility to explain in writing the reasons why the ad is withdrawn. The limit for this field is 450 characters. Users with the editor role see that it has been reverted to draft status by the red circled hand icon. - Make a copy of it
Through this functionality, users with the Editor role can clone any ad that is in Published or Withdrawn status in order to take advantage of all of it (including the attached pdf) or part of the contents. - Wide exposure.
If some contingency or technical incident makes it difficult or impossible to access the announcement published on the citizen portal, users who have the role of Editor can extend the terms of public exposure of the announcements for the number of working days that is considered necessary . By clicking on it, a field appears that allows you to enter the number of working days of extension. Deadlines cannot be shortened.
In the case of using the amendment functionality of a published advertisement and scheduling an exposure period that exceeds that of the initial advertisement, it will be necessary to extend the latter in order to match that of the amendment . Otherwise, when the initial announcement is withdrawn, the amendment will also be withdrawn. - make an amendment
If a non-substantial error is detected that does not require the ad to be withdrawn and republished, users with the Publisher role can make one or more amendments, as fully explained in the point 4.3 of this manual. - withdraw
Users with the Withdraw role can end the visible publication of the advertisements displayed on the citizen portal before the scheduled deadlines. When the withdrawal occurs, the ad goes to the Withdrawn state and the due diligence is generated that accredits its publication. Removed ads are stored in the Removed tray along with their diligence. However, it is highly recommended that you back them up for safekeeping.
IMPORTANT : in the event that several users are working in parallel on the same ad, the version of that user who first changes its status will take priority.
