Classification 3

Provenance

The origin is the only element of classification that cannot be deactivated given that the announcements from other public administrations are always classified in origin by their external origin in order to distinguish them from internal announcements, published by the entity that owns the e-TAULER.

Ads managed in e-TAULER can be of two types depending on their origin:

  • Internal : coming from an area, department or body of the user and owner of the service. They should not be confused with dependent entities .
The classification box by Origin allows you to create the categories and subcategories of the internal ads.
Default classification table proposal for internal ads:
area Subarea
Internal – Management area Presidency Area

Central Services and Treasury Area

Service area in the Territory

Area Services to people

Promotion and innovation area

Municipal bodies Name of the municipal body
  • External : these are the announcements from other public administrations. They are named Externals by default, but if you want, you can decide to call them something else by modifying their name:

    1. In the case of external announcements received through EACAT in a draft state, they are classified at source. Its category is the one that has been defined in order to name the announcements from other public administrations and its subcategory is always the name of the entity issuing the announcement.
    2. The external announcements created manually by the entity because they have been sent by post and in paper format also have as category the one that has been defined in order to name the announcements coming from other public administrations and its subcategory is also the name of the entity issuing the ad that must be reported manually when it is created and not in the configuration.

Ads classified by origin are grouped into the mailbox of the same name in the management environment.

The classifications that have been used in order to publish an ad can be modified or deleted. If you do, the related ads will appear in the management part as "deprecated" marked with an asterisk *.

Once defined in the configuration and used in the creation of an advertisement, the categories appear published on the Internet in the citizen portal of the e-TAULER.

IMPORTANT: Administrators of dependent entities (see point 4 Dependent entities) cannot configure any of the Classification Criteria .
