In this section you decide whether or not the e-TAULER service sends an email each time an announcement changes status. If so, you must enter the addresses of the users to whom you want these notifications to reach.
The emails have the subject line “ Communication from the e-TAULER ” and in their body you can read “ The announcement with title xxxxx and file yyyyy has moved to status zzzzz ”.
IMPORTANT : Administrators of dependent entities can only configure email notifications, but do not have access to the rest of the configuration options, which are exclusive to administrators of the main entity.
In addition to these status change notifications defined by users with the Administrator profile in the settings, from the My mailbox in the management environment, the user can decide to receive status change notifications only for those ads that they have accessed in order to manage them.
If an email address has been defined as the recipient of status change notifications in the settings, notifications will not be duplicated despite also being defined in the My mode.
