In this section it is decided whether or not the e-TAULER service sends an email every time an advertisement changes status. If so, it is necessary to enter the addresses of the users to whom the aforementioned notices are to be sent.
The e-mails have the subject line “ Communication from the e-TAULER ” and in its body you can read “ The announcement with title xxxxx and file yyyyy has moved to status zzzzz ”.
IMPORTANT : Administrators of dependent entities can only configure email notifications, but do not have access to the rest of the configuration options, which are exclusive to administrators of the parent entity.
In addition to this status change notifications defined by users who have the Administrator profile in the settings, from the My mailbox in the management environment, the user can choose to receive status change notifications only from those ads that you have accessed to manage them.
If an email address has been defined as the recipient of status change notices in the configuration, the notices will not be duplicated despite having also been defined in the My mode.
