Once the registration process has been completed, the person in charge of the service will receive the confirmation communication from the service and, immediately afterwards, the user manager at EACAT will have to grant permits to the users of the service.
1. User profiles, permissions and role
The e-BOARD has a series of user profiles that determine the actions that users of the service can take. The same user can have a single role, several or all roles at once, depending on the organizational needs of the entity.
- Administrator role :
Users with the administrator profile have general configuration privileges and classification criteria.
- Editor role:
This role allows the user to create ads and manage, one by one, the specific parameters of their publication. With this role, your ads can be saved in Draft status until you decide to continue with your delivery process and, where appropriate, submit them for validation or even deletion. Publishers may also create a copy of the ads in the Published or Withdrawal states in order to take advantage of their content.
- Publisher role:
This role allows you to validate previously created ads by a publisher that are in the status of Please approve and, once reviewed, authorize their publication or, failing that, return them to the Draft status so that they can be modified or remove them. The publisher may also return ads that are in Scheduled status to the Draft status and also delete them.
- Withdrawal role:
This is the role that allows you to manually withdraw an ad already published before the scheduled, pre-scheduled automatic withdrawal date.

2. Access to the e-BOARD application in EACAT
Once you have any of the roles described, you can access the e-BOARD management environment on the EACAT Applications tab.
