The ad management environment, which can be accessed by any user of the service, consists of several elements that are detailed below.
- Search engine : Allows you to perform basic and advanced ad searches (words, by state, between dates, by origin and by keywords).
- Trays : Trays. The trays on the electronic bulletin board are: All, Drafts, Please note, Scheduled, Published, Withdrawn and Mine. The operation of each of them is available at: How do the different trays in e-TAULER work?
- Document type : Classified ads are grouped here. Clicking on it displays the list of categories currently defined in the configuration that have an ad associated with them, regardless of the status they are in.
- Subjects : Classified ads with this criterion are grouped here. Clicking on it displays the list of categories currently defined in the configuration that have one or more ads associated with them, regardless of their status. Clicking on any of the existing categories displays the associated subcategories, if any. Next to each category is a number that refers to the number of ads that the user has not yet accessed. Ads that have been classified with the corresponding category or subcategory appear in the central panel. Ads that the user has not yet accessed appear in bold.
- Origin : Classified advertisements are grouped here using this criterion. Origin is the only classification element that cannot be deactivated, since advertisements from other public administrations are always classified at source by their external origin in order to distinguish them from internal advertisements, published by the e-TAULER holder entity itself.
- Configuration : Only visible to users with the Service Administrator role. The section allows access to configuration options.
- Show categories in disuse : These are those categories and subcategories whose names have been modified or deleted, but were instead used to classify advertisements, which in no case disappear, but are preserved in the classifications in force at the time of their publication. In the event that they have been deleted, the related advertisements will appear in the management environment as “in disuse” marked with an asterisk. The citizen portal also shows those classifications that, despite having been modified or deactivated, have an associated advertisement that is currently published.
- Central panel : The central panel displays the listings of ads grouped according to status or classification trays. In addition, there are icons to support navigation. To learn more, visit: What do the icons on the central panel of the e-TAULER mean?
