At the top of the ad editing form we will find the button bar (see image). These buttons allow us to perform actions that will always depend on the state of the ads and the permissions that the e-TAULER users have. That is, depending on these variables, one or another button will appear.
- Publish
Only users with the Publisher role can see and use the Publish button.
Once the rest of the mandatory fields in the form have been completed, clicking on it sends the ad directly to be published, thus directly giving approval and, therefore, without having to remain in this state waiting for its validation.
If the publication start date is today, the ad remains in the scheduled state for a short period of time and then its publication is immediate. If, on the other hand, it has been scheduled to be published at a later date, it remains in the Scheduled state until the appropriate time. - Please see.
Users with the Editor role see and can use the Please button.
Once the rest of the mandatory fields in the form have been completed, clicking on it sends the ad to the mailbox and status For approval where it remains waiting for a user with the Publisher role to validate it or, otherwise, return it to the Draft status. - Save
Users with the Editor role see and can use the Save button.
At any time during the process of editing an ad, the user with the Editor role can save the contents of the form in order to preserve them. Once saved, if the form is closed, it is stored in the Draft mailbox and the user can resume editing it at any time. - Return to draft
If the ad is in the Approved or Scheduled state, it can be returned to the Draft state by any user with the Publisher role, so that it can be modified, amended or corrected by an Editor . When the publication start date is today, the ad remains in the Scheduled state for a short period and, immediately afterwards, its publication is immediate, so it is not possible to return it to Draft . If, despite everything, an attempt is made to return an ad scheduled for today to Draft during the waiting period while it is in the Scheduled state, a message is received informing us that the ad has been managed.
Clicking on it will give you the option to provide a written reason for withdrawing the ad. The limit for this field is 450 characters. Users with the editor role will see that it has been returned to draft status by the red circled hand icon. - Create a copy
Through this functionality, users with the Editor role can clone any ad that is in the Published or Withdrawn status in order to take advantage of all of it (including the attached PDF) or part of the contents. - Expand exhibition.
If any contingency or technical incident makes it difficult or impossible to access the advertisement published on the citizen portal, users with the role of Editor can extend the deadlines for public display of the advertisements by the number of working days deemed necessary. By clicking on it, a field appears that allows you to enter the number of working days to extend. Deadlines cannot be shortened.
If the amendment functionality is used for a published advertisement and an exposure period is programmed that exceeds that of the initial advertisement, the latter will need to be extended to coincide with that of the amendment. Otherwise, when the initial advertisement is removed, the amendment will also be removed. - Make an amendment
In the event that a non-substantial error is detected that does not require the ad to be removed and republished, users with the Publisher role can make one or more amendments, as explained in detail in point 4.3 of this manual. - Withdraw
Users with the Withdraw role can end the visible publication of advertisements displayed on the citizen portal before the established deadlines. When the withdrawal occurs, the advertisement goes to the Withdrawn status and the diligence is generated that accredits its publication. The withdrawn advertisements are stored in the Withdrawn tray together with their diligence. However, it is highly advisable that the entities make a backup copy in order to keep them safe.
IMPORTANT : In the event that several users are working on the same ad at the same time, the version of the user who changes the status first will have priority.
