Classification 3
Origin
The origin is the only classification element that cannot be deactivated since advertisements from other public administrations are always classified at origin by their external origin in order to distinguish them from internal advertisements, published by the entity owning the e-TAULER.
The advertisements managed in e-TAULER can be of two types depending on their origin:
- Internal : coming from an area, department or organization of the user entity and owner of the service. They should not be confused with dependent entities .
The Origin classification box allows you to create categories and subcategories for internal ads.
Proposed default classification table for internal ads:
Area | Subarea |
Internal – Management Area | Presidency Area
Central Services and Finance Area Service area in the Territory People Services Area Promotion and innovation area |
Municipal organizations | Name of the municipal body |
- External : these are announcements from other public administrations. They are named External by default, but if you want, you can decide to call them something else by modifying their name:
- In the case of external advertisements received through EACAT in draft status, they are classified at origin. Their category is the one that has been defined to name advertisements from other public administrations and their subcategory is always the name of the entity issuing the advertisement.
- External advertisements created manually by the entity because they have been sent by post and in paper format also have the category that has been defined to name advertisements from other public administrations and their subcategory is also the name of the entity issuing the advertisement, which must be manually informed when creating it and not in the configuration.
Ads classified by origin are grouped in the mailbox of the same name in the management environment.
Classifications that have been used to publish an ad can be modified or deleted. If this is done, the related ads will appear in the management section as "in use" marked with an asterisk *.
Once defined in the configuration and used to create an ad, the categories appear published on the Internet on the e-TAULER citizen portal.
IMPORTANT: Administrators of dependent entities (see point 4 Dependent Entities) cannot configure any of the Classification Criteria .
